Clinic Policy

For your protection and peace of mind, as well as mine, please familarise yourself with the clinic policy and booking conditions.

This is your facial, your skincare journey and your time for results along with relaxation. Just as the treatment is tailored to you, so is the experience. Therefore if you want a silent treatment, with no chit chat and only essential questions being asked please let me know.

In terms of music, I can cater from the whale music, to gangster rap and anything inbetween, just let me know your preference if you have one.

Similarly, I understand some people do not want their pictures sharing on social media, again this is absolutely fine, just let me know. I do have to take before and after pictures for insurance purposes but these will not be shared.

When booking an appointment please include your full name, contact details and your preferred treatment, plus day/time you wish to book.

New clients are asked to pay a non-refundable £30 deposit. The rest of the balance can be paid in clinic by cash or bank transfer.

On your first appointment you will be required to complete a consultation form, I will then do a skin analysis and discuss your treatment options.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, there is a waiting area downstairs but there is not always someone around to let you in.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, there may not be enough to time to carry out your full treatment. We reserve the right to shorten the treatment time or cancel and you will be charged in full.

Non-payers or no shows will strictly not be allowed another appointment.

We understand, from time to time, something crops up and you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment. We ask that you give as much notice as possible to avoid any cancellation charges. If you cancel with less than 24hours notice we reserve the right to charge a 75% cancellation fee.

Where possible, please attend your appointment alone. There isn’t much space in the treatment room for anyone else during your appointment.

Please wear whatever you are comfortable in to your appointment. You are under no obligation to remove any of your clothing. However, lots of people choose to remove their top and cover up with the fluffy blankets provided for extra relaxation. I recommend wearing a top with thin straps that you can pop underneath your shoulders, that way we can include your neck and shoulders in the treatment.

Please avoid using any harsh exfoliants/retinol/sunbeds/direct sun exposure and heavily chlorinated water for 5 days pre and post treatment.

All treatments should be carried out two weeks either side of any botox or dermal filler appointments. Please bear in mind your ‘top up’ appointment when booking a date for your treatment.

Unfortunately, if you have been on Roaccutane (acne medication) you will be unable to have any advanced procedures but if you have skin concerns please do get in touch.
